To choose is to give up

I was invited to apply for a future exhibition in October. As rewarding as it seems, I can't feel anything but doubt and pressure. My fault, really.

Now I got to choose five pictures. A series of 5 pictures. And to this day I got 885 pictures in my portfolio. Sure not all are exhibition material but still.

Difficult choices, just that.

I narrowed down to three series so far. Still not sure though.

I shoot what I like and I like a lot of stuff, but I don't know what people like, so I'm not sure which series I should choose for the application, which one would give the most chances of being selected.

Any thoughts?

When I decided to make my own portfolio 3 years ago, I was deep into Eleventy for other pet projects so I figured that it would be smart to stay on that technology.
To this day I still think that was a good decision.

But I noticed back then that there was no theme nor starter kit that offered what I needed. So that's when I decided to create my own for myself and others who might need one like this.

This is how Niepce was born.

And now, 3 years later, it needs an update. I need to update it.

I hope you'll like it, I know I do.
